The Pharmacy participates in all hygiene activity. The head pharmacist is responsible for Pharmacovigilance, the recording and evaluation of all side-effects (notably undesirable) caused by the use of medications.

Sterilisation

The Sterilisation service uses autoclaves to sterilise all of the medico-surgical equipment used in the establishment’s operating theatres and clinical units.
