Your room

We can provide shared double or private single rooms. Private single rooms are available for an additional charge, you can request during hospital admission, subject to availability.

Your meals

All meals are prepared inside the hospital by a contracted caterer.
Menus can be adapted to suit your personal preferences. If your health condition requires, our dieticians can establish specific diets to comply with medical instructions.
Please do not hesitate to inform us of any food allergies or if you have any religious dietary restrictions.

Visitors

Overnight stays for a close family member:
If you are in a private room a member of your family may be allowed to say with you and take their meals with you. The nursing staff will help you to organise this. This will be subject to a supplementary charge.

Receiving visitors during the day:
This will only be possible during the afternoon to avoid disturbing your treatment. Visits may be limited or forbidden for medical
reasons. Patients in double rooms may only receive 2 visitors at any one time.
Animals are not allowed in the hospital for hygiene reasons, the same applies to plants and flowers.
You will remain responsible for any food brought into the hospital from outside.

Visiting hours:
– Kléber site (4, rue Kléber): 1pm to 8pm
– Barbès site (3, rue Barbès): Maternity ward: 3pm to 8pm
Children under 15 years of age are not allowed to visit either of the sites.
