Observation Ward
Admission to the Observation Ward
The Observation Ward is an intermediary ward between the Intensive Care Ward and the normal treatment wards.
It has eight beds in four single rooms and two double rooms; it admits patients with medical or surgical conditions that require constant close monitoring.
An anaesthetist intensive care specialist is present 24 hours a day.
